Excellent service and craftsmanship. I received 4 bids for a new A/C and Doc Savage was the ONLY one to catch a faulty repair an HVAC tech had recently made. Had he not caught that, we potentially would have had catastrophic flooding in our attic. We will be using Doc Savage for all of our future maintenance and needs. A real pleasure to work with! Doc Savage Heating & Air Conditioning is the best heating & A/C service around! I've used their services for years and always have the best experience. From the staff that answers the phone, to the technicians that service our unit, they are all incredibly friendly, polite, responsive, and considerate enough to clean up after themselves (if needed), and even wear protective covers to keep my floor clean! For this situation, we thought there was an issue with our air conditioner so when I called Doc Savage Heating and Air Conditioning in Augusta, I spoke with the kindest and politest person. Since I called late afternoon, she scheduled a an appointment for the very next day! Shane showed up on time, was so polite and helpful. He clearly explained what he did to check everything out and even took the time to answer all of our questions! Thank you Shane for coming out in this terribly hot weather to make sure our A/C was okay, and being so professional, kind, and helpful! I called Doc Savage after another company canceled my service due to overscheduling. They are the first company that put shoe booties on before entering my home. They checked everything, cleaned everything, explained everything, returned all the settings to where we had them set and recommended some things but did not pressure. I am signed up for the annual maintenance plan. I am glad I made the switch. Read Less

Doc Savage came to our rescue via reference from Atlanta gas. We had been without a stove for 3 weeks and our new stove could not be connected due to technical difficulties. The tech, Jason arrived on time, and was able to resolve the problem very quickly. He had to replace the whole connection. He was so friendly and professional and kept us informed of everything he was doing and what needed to be done. He even went ahead and connected our stove. I would definitely use Doc Savage again.
