I would like to send a SHOUT OUT to Brandon at Doc Savage Heating & Air. This past weekend we had a houseful of friends and family and our AC unit decided to go out. After calling and speaking with Brandon, he was able to help us troubleshoot and get a temporary fix on our unit until he could get here in the morning. With the July heat, we were extremely grateful for his assistance. My husband and I have been loyal customers of Doc Savage for years and because of this kind of service and care, we will continue to be loyal customers. This was my first time ever using Doc Savage. However, they eagerly accepted and responded to my request to relocate a duct line (in the middle of summer) after we recently remodeled of our master bathroom. The price was very reasonable, customer service was on another level, and work quality along with the expert advice that they provided was absolutely top-notch!! Because of these facts, all other heating and air companies in the CSRA can now officially go kick rocks as far as I'm concerned! The service that Joey, Henry, Dee and the rest of the team provided is the main reason Doc Savage has earned my business and will be my first call for any heating and air needs moving forward.
