Everyone was very professional and very friendly! Joey helped us out the most by braking everything down for us in a way that was easy to understand and told us the best options for us. We needed a lot of work done on our house (new system, new furnace, and new ducts). They finished everything in only 4 days! I am very happy with the services we recently received from Doc Savage Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. They came out the day I called to check my water heater to see if it needed to be replaced because it is on the older side. Joe was honest and told me how to get a couple more years out of it by doing maintenance services each year. He walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. I signed up for the Doc Care Plan and they serviced the AC unit the following day. They communicated throughout the whole process. I will definitely be using them for all our future HVAC needs!
