Climate Change, Could It Spell Doom for Everyone?

The latest climate and biosphere graphs suggest that the length of stay of carbon in vegetation is the answer in predicting how the life on Earth will be. This prediction will not only cater to how long terrestrial plant life can sustain higher carbon dioxide levels and global warming but also to animals and human beings.

Researchers pointed out that carbon will gradually to spend more time in plants. The increase in drought levels and other factors will make way for carbon to be rapidly released back to the atmosphere and intensify global warming.

In relation to this, only a four-degree-increase in temperature will be more than enough to make carbon dioxide quickly rise and reach the Earth’s atmosphere. When this happens, carbon as an element will not be able to remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.
