Climate Change Is Headache To Fishermen In Myanmar

The climate change which affects the world is now felt even more in Myanmar. The fishing sector in Myanmar is now suffering badly due to the changing weather conditions better known as climate change. The fishermen lamented that due to the climatic change from cold to hot season, parasites and diseases in water continues to rise in the country.
The fishermen said many of their fishes had died due to parasites and water diseases triggered by climate change. The researchers explained that based on the study they made, they found out that parasites that are deadly to fish abundantly grow in the water as the weather changes. The researchers said that due to these parasites and lack of oxygen in water many fishes end up dying.
The fishing sector is hoping this global climate change will finally be given solutions so that their means of livelihood will not suffer any longer.
