There is little doubt that extreme weather is set to have an important effect on the way we live. A new research suggests that it might have more of an impact than what we have thought of before.
The sid research suggests that extreme weather is going to be the worst cause of poverty in the future; it points out that the effects of extreme weather could wipe out the efforts to alleviate poverty in many parts of the world.
According to Matt McGrath for BBC News, “The big weather issues that will face most poor people are drought, extreme rainfall and flooding.”
