How to Perform a Thorough AC Inspection

Keeping your air conditioning system in check is one way of securing a cool and comfortable summer. Here are some maintenance measures that should be part of your list:
  • Make sure that the exterior unit is clean and unobstructed
  • Check all the sides of the condenser unit and clean the coils whenever necessary
  • See whether the condenser fan turns while the AC is on
  • Change the air filter on a regular basis
  • Check the temperature of the air coming out to make sure the unit is cooling properly
  • Keep the condensate line clean to prevent clogging and obstruction
