Immediate Repair Needed for Cape City Hall’s AC System

The city manager in Cape Coral City Hall is asking council for cash to be used for replacing the AC system since the the temperature inside Cape Coral City Hall is on the rise and those AC systems has not been replaced since 2000 – the year it was actually built.

Cape Coral City Manager John Szerlag wrote a memo that says:

“If we lose the city hall chiller and cannot make the needed repairs, our losses could easily surpass $1-million due to emergency repairs, temporary air conditioning measures, lost staff time or possibly even staff relocations.”

But the Cape Coral City Council will still have to vote to approve the funding.
