Keeping Cool and Safe in the Outdoors During Summer

Outdoor activities are most ideal during summer. However, nowadays, due to the increasing temperature one can barely have anything done in the outdoors without suffering some heat-related condition.
Here are some tips on surviving the outdoors while having fun during hot summer days:
  • Regain hydration and your body’s electrolytes and salts that are released when you sweat by drinking sufficient amount of water.
