Seniors in the UK Worried About Winter Heating

More than three million people aged 65 and up in UK are worried about staying warm in their homes this winter. Almost 6 million are also worried about the increasing cost of their energy bills according to a new research.

The winter could be very difficult for many people. In fact, it is expected that 24,000 older people may not be able to survive the cold weather condition. Age UK’s new research also reveals that while older people are worried about how they could survive the cold season, many of them are also unaware of its effects on their health.
