If you are starting to notice that your energy bill is already skyrocketing, here are some tips on how to keep your home cooler while keeping your energy costs significantly low.

–          Use a programmable thermostat.

–          Have your air conditioning unit checked by a cooling professional at least once a year.

–          Keep the sun out by closing your blinds, drapes or shades.

–          Turn on your oscillating fan to help circulate air inside the room.
