Stay Cool While Saving Energy During Summer

Turn you old thermostat to a programmable thermostat.

Although there has been no significant increase in the temperatures yet, our air conditioning units are already getting a good workout. If you are starting to notice that your energy bill is already skyrocketing, here are some tips on how to keep your home cooler while keeping your energy costs significantly low.

–          Use a programmable thermostat.

–          Have your air conditioning unit checked by a cooling professional at least once a year.

–          Keep the sun out by closing your blinds, drapes or shades.

–          Turn on your oscillating fan to help circulate air inside the room.
