The Life the Earth can Support and How Climate Change Can Alter It

Recent studies indicate that the earth is still livable for the next 1.75 billion years to come. The world, definitely, isn’t ending soon.

In an attempt to find out how long the Earth and other planets in the Solar System can be inhabited, a study was conducted by a group of experts from the School of Environmental Sciences of the University of East Anglia. The study also pointed out how each of the seven planets’ habitual zones will be altered as their stars become hotter each time.

Within the next 1.75 billion years, the earth will slowly become uninhabitable as temperatures will continue to rise and evaporate the oceans. While the study didn’t pinpoint man-made resources and actions cause climate changes, it still explained that the human race may be wiped out even before the earth dies because of a higher possibility of nuclear war or asteroid shower.
