Ways to Stay Warm and Safe During Winter

The cold weather can have a huge impact on one’s health which is why it is recommended for everyone to just stay at home if there is really no need to go out and endure the temperatures. To help you stay safe and warm during the winter season, here are some tips.

  • –          Dress in layers and cover all extremities including hands, ears and feet.
  • –          Check the skin of your children to see any sign of hypothermia.
  • –          Immediately come inside and change out of damp clothing to avoid the risk of hypothermia.
