Heating systems in commercial buildings require great maintenance. If you own/manage a business, make sure you observe the following measures for a warm and comfortable workplace this fall:
  • Remember that the efficiently of your unit depreciates through time. If your heating system or furnace is more that ten years old, it may be time to have it replaced with a newer and better versions.
  • Regular system maintenance should include filter replacement, calibrating thermostats and furnace checkup.
  • Invest in a programmable thermostat and a humidifier to improve the efficiency of your system.
  • Schedule an inspection for your system (with a trained and licensed professional) at least twice a year.
