Augusta Air Associates, LLC and Doc Savage Merger

Augusta Air Associates, LLC, has announced its merger with Doc Savage Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., a leading provider of HVAC services in the CSRA for over three decades.

The merger with Doc Savage Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. further strengthens both companies’ abilities to provide the absolute highest quality products and professional services to our existing family of customers. In an industry that is continually evolving by using more significant technological advancements and offering higher equipment efficiencies every year, it can be challenging to find qualified professionals that have the required extensive knowledge base and impeccable work ethics. By merging both companies, we are now positioned to become one of the highest skilled, most professional HVAC companies serving the entire CSRA!

As with all important business decisions, we will work closely with our customers, employees, and vendors to make the integration process as smooth as possible. The merger of our two companies will take place over the next several weeks. Throughout the process, our priority will be to continue providing all customers with the same high-quality HVAC services they have come to expect.

Once the merger has been completed, Augusta Air Associates, LLC, and its employees will begin operating as one unified company, Doc Savage Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.

We appreciate the opportunity to earn your HVAC business, and we look forward to continuing to provide the same professional, high-quality HVAC products and services for years to come to our customers in Evans, Grovetown, Martinez, and Augusta, GA, and Aiken and North Augusta, SC,
