Bunding Up This Winter

Our clothes are our first line of defense against the cold weather during winter, and using them wisely can also help in minimizing our expenses on electricity and home insulation. Also, while we can’t bring out home’s heating system anywhere we go, sufficient layers of clothes can surely help us get through the day.

  • Keep fingers and ears well protected, as these parts are among the most vulnerable to the cold.
  • Never leave home without a scarf – wrap one loosely around the neck to cover the mouth when needed.
  • Bring water wherever you go to keep yourself hydrated at all times.
