Heating Unit Repair Increases During Cold Weather

According to many repair shops, they have been receiving so many calls from people who are in need of heating repairs. Apparently, the freezing rain has not only caused frosted roadways but also kept many people off the roads and at home.

Rusty Williamson of Cape Fear Air Conditioning and Heating said, “A lot of times, ice will get on regulators and cause freeze up and especially heat pumps, that are real popular in this area, and a build up of ice can cause problems.”
