How to Stay Cool at the Workplace During Summer

When you are at work, sweating up due to the summer heat can be quite challenging to deal with. As a matter of fact, the rising temperature just makes it very impossible for us to sit comfortable and do our job. Here are some ways on how to stay cool at work during the hottest days of the year.

–          Dress appropriately by wearing lightweight and light-colored clothes.
