While some of us are sitting inside our homes or offices during winter, there are also people who have to be at work regardless of the harsh weather conditions. Here are some tips on how employees can stay safe when faced with the winter weather hazards.

• Make sure employees are properly trained for driving in harsh weather conditions.
• Always wear appropriate high visibility vest when driving.
• Notify your supervisor if you get stranded in a vehicle.
