Scottish People Fearful of Extreme Weather
Half of all Scottish people are afraid of extreme weather. According to a study, more than half of all Scots are afraid of the dangers caused by extreme weather in winter. They are more afraid of it than terrorism.
The study comes at a time when extreme weather conditions are causing damage all over the world.
According to an article from scotsman.com, “There are growing public concerns over power and water cuts, with Scots increasingly fearful of being stranded in cars or trains in blizzards.”
