Staying Fire-safe This Winter

While a lot of people are already starting to look for ways to keep them warm this winter, the state Department of Fire Services reminds everyone to stay safe all throughout the colder months. To make that fire is prevented, below are some safety tips that you can use.

  • Have your furnace checked and serviced by a licensed technician.
  • Make sure your carbon monoxide detectors are in good working condition.
  • Always keep your chimney clean.
