Surviving through Winter, Keep-warm Tips

In 2012, Polypipe Home Solutions commissioned a research on how people from various age groups and sexes handle the winter weather. According to the study, more than 80 percent of young adults consider treating their loved ones with socks and other keep-warm pieces for the holidays, and it also determined various methods that men and women alike use in order to keep themselves warm and cozy.

The survey produced the following top five ways to keep warm this winter:

  1. Wear a partner’s socks
  2. Steal your partner’s bed covers
  3. Wear a scarf and hat inside the house
  4. Put your feet on a loved one in bed to warm up your toes
  5. Cuddle up to someone you don’t like
