Tips on How to Stay Cool During Warmer Months

Staying cool during the hot summer months doesn’t have to very expensive. As a matter of fact, you don’t necessarily have to turn on your AC at home and watch your utility bill soar. Here are some tips on how you can beat the heat in the upcoming week.

–          Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water or liquid.

–          Avoid spending long hours outdoors.

–          Don’t forget to apply sunscreen when you are outside.

–          Open your windows during the cooler temperatures.

–          Save outside activities for later in the day.
